Starry Cursor -Still+Animated-

Yes ladies and gentlemen, I can make cursors! OwO

I have a couple that I made a long time ago including some large-ish sets. I decided it was time that I did something with them again.

Who knows, maybe I'll make some more sometime soon! (ok, probably not this summer... it's insane)

Anywho, this is a cute little set of stars I made. The download actually includes two versions: one is static while the other is animated so that they twinkle! It's very cute!

When you download the folder, there is a tutorial for how to set it up.
